How to make a water rocket?

Cartoon tutorial to making a water rocket from everyday things. You will need a bicycle pump though! You will have to get that from somewhere. (It is a .PDF file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, to see it. If you do not have it. Search for "Adobe Acrobat Reader" and download it on your comp!
