23rd : Cycle Making & Bucket cricket

The meeting started at 2.00 pm with the rally. In this meeting, each Patrol had to bring tools for dismantling & reassembling the cycle, since the major activity for today was cycle making. This was a bad day for patrol 1, since their patrol strength today was only 4 & to add to it they didn't even have the tools.

Cycle making
Our SM's hired the cycles from a place near school. They also hired a person from the same shop called 'Imran ' for teaching us in a systematic way how to dismantle & reassemble the cycle . He first showed us how to dismantle the cycle (almost completely) and then he made us dismantle it & also helped us in dismantling it. This way we finished our cycle dismantling by 3.45 pm .

Then we had a race. In this race the patrol which finishes reassembling its cycle had to give it Imran bhai for checking if it had been properly assembled or not . Then one person from that patrol had to ride the cycle & go and get a pamphlet of Pizza Hut & give it to the SM's . Whoever comes first wins the race & gets 200 points .

The Race

The race started at 4.00 pm . Each and every patrol was working hard & reassembling their cycles . P2 claimed to have finished making their cycle first but then it was found that their brakes & handle was loose. Then P3 claimed to have finished making their cycle then it was found that even their brakes were loose . Then P3 finished assembling their cycle properly & sent Ralph on the cycle to go & ge the pamphlet . A few minutes after them P2 finished assembling their cycle properly & Aakil went on the cycle to get the pamphlet . 5 minutes after that P4 finished assembling their cycle properly & then Umar was sent to go & get the pamphlet.

Aakil raced Ralph on the way & gave the SM's the pamphlet first & earned his patrol 200 points

(1st place - 150 points + non gaming activity - 50 points )

Ralph came second & got his patrol 100 points

Umar came third & got his patrol 80 points

Meanwhile Ishan was told to learn some Science 'fundas ' & give them upto Khoj & Ajit .

For that he came fourth & got his patrol 70 points.

Bucket cricket

After the cycle making we played bucket cricket .

The first matches were between P1 & P2 ; P3 & P4 .

P3 beat P4 & P2 beat P1. The finals were between P2 & P3 and the losers match was between P4 & P1.

P2 beat P3 & got 40 points

P3 got 25 points

P4 beat P1 & got 15 points

P1 got 10 points
